We provide pantry staples and fresh items for households in need. To prepare well, pantry pickups are by appointment. Please use the Get Help form and our team will call to schedule. The Monday hot meal at 5:30 PM is open to everyone.

We aim to supply a balanced selection so your family can eat well for several days.

  • Staples: rice, pasta, beans, canned goods, cereal
  • Fresh items when available: bread, produce, eggs, dairy
  • Diet needs: let us know allergies or restrictions on your request

How to Receive Groceries

  1. Submit the Get Help form with household size and any allergies.
  2. Wait for our callback to confirm your appointment time.
  3. Arrive at your scheduled time; we’ll have your groceries ready.

We gratefully accept shelf-stable food in unopened, unexpired packages. For larger donations or delivery times, contact us.

  • High-need items: peanut butter, pasta, rice, canned protein (tuna/chicken), soup, cereal
  • Hygiene items also help: soap, toothpaste, deodorant

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Pantry pickups are by appointment so we can prepare the right amount for each household.

Can I just come to the Monday meal?

Absolutely. The hot meal at 5:30 PM is open to everyone — no sign-up required.

What if I have food allergies?

List them on the Get Help form (e.g., peanut, gluten). We’ll do our best to accommodate.
